Franchise Advisory Council

Many franchisors find it beneficial to establish a Franchise Advisory Council. Included in the Franchise Agreement, such a Council is chaired by the franchisor and comprised of people who can contribute ideas and perspectives on marketing and advertising decisions to better the franchise.

Typically a Franchise Advisory Council is made up of a number of franchisees elected annually by their fellow franchisees. Other members may include franchisor staff or suppliers

Meeting facilitation

More and more franchisors are discovering that meetings can be more productive and enjoyable when facilitated by an external party.
