The Process of Franchising

The first step in franchising your business will be a Situation Analysis of your existing business.  This is a fact finding mission gathering all of the raw data needed to assess the business in a franchise model.  From this we will be able to tell you whether it is worth proceeding further or not.  This is important to you, as it will ensure that you are confident before you spend too much on fees.

The second step is to conduct a more detailed Data Appraisal and the System Design and Development Study.  Once you have studied the in-depth report and we have made any last minute alterations we can then proceed with the last stage.

With the information gathered in the first two stages, the third stage is to complete the extensive system documentation required for successful Business Format Franchising.  The project is then finalised with a day of training to ready you for the task of becoming a Franchisor.

Throughout this entire process we will deal with all or most of the following, depending, of course, on the type of business and your instructions:

  • Corporate Structure/Asset Protection
  • Strategic Development Plan
  • Image and Branding
  • Pilot Study - Demographic Studies
